Review reports, calculate behavior scores, and determine whether a child is nice or naughty.
Follow the protocol. Don’t ask questions. Don’t trust your feelings.

As Christmas Eve approaches, the system tightens, exceptions disappear, and the consequences of your choices become impossible to ignore.

This is not a game about saving everyone.
It’s about deciding what is more important: the Protocol or the children.

There are 4 endings, shaped by your decisions.
