Review reports, calculate behavior scores, apply exceptions, and decide who receives a gift… and who receives coal.
Follow the protocol.
Don’t ask questions.
Don’t trust your feelings.

As Christmas Eve approaches, quotas tighten, exceptions vanish, and the consequences of your decisions become impossible to ignore.

You cannot save everyone.
The system was not designed for that.

This is a game about obedience, judgment, and deciding what matters more:
the Protocol or the children.

There are 4 endings, shaped entirely by your choices.
